tè       

can be used as an adverb meaning “especially” in oral Chinese. It is used in front of the verb and the adjective with the meaning of “very”

 

我和这哥们儿的关系特好。

wŏ hé zhè gē men er de guān xì tè hăo 。

I am especially close to this man.

 

他打游戏打得特棒!

tā dă yóu xì dă de tè bàng !

He plays the game quite well!

 

完全       

wán quán       

is an adverb. It is used to describe the integrity of a matter and referred to the abstractions mostly.

 

我完全不明白他在说什么。

wŏ wán quán bù míng bai tā zài shuō shén me 。

I completely have no idea about what he is talking about.

 

他完全不是我爱的那个人了。

tā wán quán bú shi wŏ ài de nà ge rén le 。

He is not the person I love anymore.

忽然        

hū rán         

is an adverb. It is used to describe the abrupt behaviors or the quick and unexpected movements or situations.

 

这个黑影忽然出现在小女孩的后面。

zhè ge hēi yĭng hū rán chū xiàn zài xiăo nǚ hái de hòu mian 。

The shadow appeared behind the little girl suddenly.

 

我忽然发现今天没有带钱。

wŏ hū rán fā xiàn jīn tiān méi yŏu dài qián 。

I suddenly realize that I don’t have any money on me today.
