这家健身房离我的家很近,在一家商场的四楼。

我是这个健身房的会员。我通常喜欢先热身,首先我慢走五分钟,再慢跑15分钟,一共大概20分钟。

我喜欢一边听音乐一边跑步,然后我会用哑铃做一些侧腰和手臂的力量练习。

下蹲对我们的臀部和大腿的锻炼都很好,也是我很喜欢的运动。

仰卧起坐可以锻炼我们的腹肌,我一般会做三组,每组30次。

 

平板支撑可以锻炼我全身的肌肉,我也会做三组,每组一分半钟。

接下来我会用健身房的器械来做一些手臂的锻炼。

我也喜欢在拳击房打拳击,我没有请私人教练,我通常是自己练习。

我最近用壶铃练习手臂,这个壶铃是8公斤重的。

我每次去健身房大概会运动一到两个小时。

我喜欢健身,我喜欢流汗的感觉。

This gym is very close to my home. It’s on the fourth floor of a shopping mall.

I’m a member of this gym. I exercise three times a week. I like to come to the gym in the morning, because at this time fewer people work out here.

Since I’m coming in the morning. I usually like to warm up first.

First I walk slowly for five minutes and then jog for 15 minutes for a total of about 20 minutes.

I like to run while listening to music. The music is rather fast and It makes me more motivated to exercise.

Then I will use dumbbells to do some strength exercises on the waist and arms.

Squats are good for our hips and thighs, and it is also an exercise I like very much.

Sit-ups can exercise our abdominal muscles. I usually do three groups of 30 times each.

Planking can exercise my whole body muscles, and I will also do three groups, one minute and a half for each group.

Next I will use the gym equipment to do some arm exercises.

I also like to box in the boxing room. I didn't ask for a personal trainer. I usually practice by myself.

 

I recently have been practicing with a kettle bell, which is weighs 8 kilograms.

Every time I go to the gym, I exercise for an hour or two.

 

I like doing exercise, I like the feeling of sweating.
